What is Acai?
Acai is a small, dark-purple berry that grows in the Amazon. It contains more antioxidants on a gram-to-gram basis than any
other fruit. In addition, it contains a synergy of monounsaturated (healthy) fats, dietary fiber and phytosterols which promote
cardiovascular and digestive health. With an almost perfect essential amino acid complex in conjunction with valuable trace
minerals, acai contributes to proper muscle contraction and regeneration.
